E.l@b brings together players from the Educational world, from Primary School to the University, who feel the need to have a global and common vision of the the School and to experiment in order to innovate. e.l@b is thus a think tank wishing to:
- define together the education of the 21st century citizen, a committed citizen who produces, consults, shares information through the Internet and the social media, having at the same time an informed and critical view on it.
- be a part of the training of players of the school system on what is at stake as far as digital culture is concerned, not by establishing bans, filters or barriers in schools but by developing the knowledge and command of the tools of web 2.0 to encourage its pertinent use.
-  encourage the connections between research on education and schools so that practitioners and theorists work together to imagine innovative educational practices that answer the problems the School system is facing now.
- encourage the collaboration between the players of the School system because the solutions to the complex issues it is facing can only come from a dialogue between all of its members: professional of the educational world but also parents, pupils and students.

To do so, we organise exchanges, interviews, mutual training.
